  • Arkansas for Patient Access sued the state in response to the state’s earlier decision regarding health marijuana and the November ballot.
  • After another firm lost its certificate, a Rapid City, South Dakota pharmacy objected to the government’s decision to charge additional charges for a medical cannabis license.
  • NORML submitted a notice of intention to attend the DEA’s postponing hearing on December 2.

Wednesday, October 2

  • Trulieve brought a libel lawsuit, alleging that the Florida Republican Party had purposefully launched a voter deception campaign.
  • The Arizona Court of Appeals ruled that a person driving while intoxicated did not necessarily mean they were driving while they were actually intoxicated, nor did it permit a placed certificate.
  • A 30-year-old man faces court in New South Wales, Australia, after police found over 44 kilograms ( ~97lbs ) of cannabis in his car’s trunk following an accident with a kangaroo.

  • Attorney General of Arkansas, Attorney General Tim Griffin, confirmed that the petition’s request for health cannabis would be approved pending court approval.
