Small Producers ‘ Issues:

Local producers raised some issues that were preventing their expansion:

    Licensing Restrictions: Cost-intensive and intricate licensing procedures that disproportionately affect smaller businesses. ​
  • Taxation Policies: Lowering competition costs relative to larger businesses. ​
  • Market Access: Current regulatory systems leave little room for expansion in larger businesses. ​
