The research found that pre-rolls are the fastest-growing product segment in the industry, growing 12 % year-over-year ( YoY ) in the United States and 38 % YoY in Canada.

More precisely, in 2023 filled pre-rolls have become the largest pre-roll segment, creating roughly 60 million money in monthly income. But how popular are pre-rolls truly, and what is moving this progress?

The data suggests the regular cannabis buyer is looking for fast-acting and high-potency products, with the best three solution segments being mingled strain pre-rolls, biodegradable vape pens, and infused/connoisseur pre-rolls.

Pre-rolls are quickly becoming the favorite consumer product as the U. Ș. saw 22 % YoY growth in infused pre-rolls, with Canada seeing an astounding 1, 426 % YoY growth.

Pre-rolls are a kȩy player in the cannabis ɱarket overall because they offer high-potȩncy products aƫ reasonable prices and aɾe a necessity ƒor tⱨe market.

By 2030, pre-rolls will surpass flower as the product category with the highest sales, according to the data. This trend will lead to more innovation in the infused pre-roll space, increased multi-pack sales, and, as the price of flower and oil comes down, combined with improvements in pre-roll automation, pre-rolls will continue to be more affordable and convenient than ever.
